USB Instructions
Start here if we have sent you a USB drive with images and you aren't sure what to do.
What information is on the USB?
- All images or videos. A folder titled “optimized” will contain images rendered in a smaller size for easier downloading if needed.
- 360° “viewer” app recommendations and instructions.

It's plugged in now what?
- Plug the USB drive into a USB port on your computer.
- Navigate to your file folder and locate the USB drive. Double click on USB icon to open.
- Notice four folders. Images: Videos: Optimized: Misc:
- Images: Contains all images for your project (original file size).
- Video: Contains any video files.
- Optimized: Image files that have been optimized for a smaller file size.
- Misc: PDF instruction files and any other helpful documents or recommendations
What's so different about 360° photos?
- 360° images are unique and immersive able to reveal the entire surrounding with one image.
- These images have sparked user creativity all over the world.
- However 360° images can only be viewed in a digital world never hung on the wall.
- Not all platforms recognized these images and as a result users must use specific software for viewing.
- Facebook and Google Photos are two platforms that know how to render images.
- Also there are apps for both android and IOS platforms that can easily view 360° images.
